METHOD / LOCAL RUN
Epoch timestamps are converted by the browser Date and Intl APIs. Date-time conversion uses the selected IANA timezone to interpret the supplied wall-clock time before returning an epoch timestamp.
Boundary: Timezone rules come from the browser. Around daylight-saving transitions, a local wall-clock time can be ambiguous or skipped; review material timestamps against the originating system.
The calculation or transformation runs in your browser using the values entered above. No input is sent to UtilityForge for this tool.
