Accounts, plans, and billing
Every local workbench is free and stays free. Paid plans add capacity and continuity — a higher live-data ceiling, cross-device sync of saved work, and playground environment continuity. They do not unlock tools, and no tool is withheld from a free account.
Prices, plan contents, and the free ceiling are published on the pricing page, which is the authoritative statement. Paid plans are billed by PayPal on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and the plan stays active until then.
We may change plan contents or prices. A change that reduces what a paid plan provides will not apply to a period you have already paid for, and it will be described in the changelog as well as on the pricing page. Where a change requires notice under applicable consumer law, we will give it.
Refunds are provided where the law requires them. Beyond that, payments for a period already served are not refunded; ask us first, and we will tell you what is available rather than pointing at this paragraph.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support before disputing the charge; a billing dispute that reaches PayPal before us is slower for everyone, and we can usually resolve it in one message.
