METHOD / LOCAL RUN
The supplied date-time is converted to an instant using the chosen source zone, then rendered with browser `Intl.DateTimeFormat` in the destination zone.
Boundary: Timezone support and rules come from the browser. Daylight-saving transitions can be ambiguous or skipped; this is not a scheduling, travel, legal-time, or live-clock service.
The calculation or transformation runs in your browser using the values entered above. No input is sent to UtilityForge for this tool.
