METHOD / LOCAL RUN
Total annual cost = salary + salary × benefits% ÷ 100 + salary × payroll% ÷ 100 + equipment. Monthly cost = total ÷ 12. Hourly cost = total ÷ 2,080, assuming one full-time work year of 40 hours per week for 52 weeks.
