METHOD / LOCAL RUN
The schedule uses the fixed-rate monthly-payment formula. For each period, interest equals remaining balance × monthly rate and principal is payment − interest. The final period is adjusted to clear the residual balance caused by rounding.
Boundary: This is a formula schedule, not a lender statement. It excludes escrow, fees, changing rates, payment holidays, and lender-specific rounding.
