METHOD / LOCAL RUN
The first 10 Crockford Base32 characters encode the current local timestamp. The remaining 16 characters come from browser cryptographic random bytes.
Boundary: A ULID is an identifier, not a secret, authorization mechanism, or globally coordinated database guarantee.
The calculation or transformation runs in your browser using the values entered above. No input is sent to UtilityForge for this tool.
