CALCULATION DESK
Apply a single trig function to a supplied angle. Choose degrees or radians, and forward or inverse direction.

METHOD / LOCAL RUN
Use Math.sin/cos/tan and Math.asin/acos/atan. Convert degrees to radians when the unit is degrees.
Boundary: Inverse trig output is in the same unit as the input. Domain restrictions apply: asin/acos inputs must be in [-1, 1].
The calculation or transformation runs in your browser using the values entered above. No input is sent to UtilityForge for this tool.
EXAMPLES / LOCAL RUN FIXTURES
FAQ
No. The trig calculator runs locally.
The workbench states the exact method behind every result — the formula or procedure this page runs — so you can verify the computation instead of trusting a black box.
No. This workbench runs in the page: Angle, Unit, Function are read by the code your browser already downloaded, and UtilityForge receives neither the values nor the result.
Inverse trig output is in the same unit as the input. Domain restrictions apply: asin/acos inputs must be in [-1, 1].
