METHOD / LOCAL RUN
Days between two dates are computed using UTC midnight arithmetic. Order-to-ship = ship − order. Ship-to-delivery = delivery − ship. Total lead time = delivery − order. Negative inputs return zero for that stage and a warning.
Boundary: Calendar arithmetic only. Carrier transit time, customs, weekends, holidays, warehouse cutoffs, and SLA policies are not modeled.
